The COA program has a global reach, with sessions delivered to clients in over 100 countries each year. COA has permanent training sites in the following countries:
- Ecuador
- Egypt
- Ethiopia
- Ghana
- Israel
- Jordan
- Kenya
- Lebanon
- Pakistan
- South Africa
- Sudan
- Tajikistan
- Thailand
- Türkiye
- Uganda
COA also has 3 management sites located in:
- Ottawa, Canada
- Geneva, Switzerland
- Manila, Philippines
